Public health nutrition focuses on promoting healthy dietary behaviours, preventing diet-related diseases, and addressing nutritional disparities within populations. By implementing evidence-based strategies and policies, we can create supportive environments that facilitate healthy eating habits and improve population health outcomes.
The Public Health Nutrition special collection aims to address key public health challenges related to nutrition and food security. By examining the determinants of dietary behaviours and implementing interventions at the community and policy levels, we can reduce the burden of diet-related diseases and promote health equity for all.
We welcome submissions that explore the determinants of dietary behaviours, interventions to promote healthy eating habits, and strategies to address nutritional disparities and improve population health outcomes.
